Every small business website gets the same questions again and again: what you offer, how a first meeting works, how to get in touch. Each one deserves an answer, even at midnight, and each one is a chance to start a real conversation.
Nina is the FAQ assistant I built for this website. She answers in English or French, recognises the language of each question, and lets the visitor switch with one click. After her answers, she offers the next step: tell me about your project, or find me on LinkedIn.
Her strength is honesty. Nina matches each question against a list of real questions and answers that I wrote. When a question falls outside that list, she says so and points to a human, so every answer she gives is one I stand behind.
Why she is easy to offer to any small business:
- One single file of HTML, CSS and JavaScript, running in the visitor’s browser.
- Zero running costs: the whole assistant lives in the page, so there is no AI subscription or server to pay for.
- Ten minutes to adapt to a new business: its questions, its colours, its assistant’s name.
- Ready in two to three days, questions and answers included.
